One on one 45-minute Personal Training Session (Yoga&Pilates&Weight Training)

Do you need some physical support on form? Need a plan on your own? Someone to correct your form? A little motivation and grounding? I coach/reach Men, Women, and Children of all ages,shapes, and sizes how to create space and Union with themselves through Yoga (Restorative, Yin, Kundalini,& Asana). I help with pelvic floor strength and repair, posture, back pain, mobility, and flexibility through Pilates. I help iwth muscle and strength gains through Weight Trainning. This session is 45-minutes. It comes with a tailored plan for home or gym, macros/calories/Ayurvedic eating tips, measurements, and adjustments as needed. Can be done via in-person or video sessions. Price is per session.
